- Manage Public Safety and security management services

Divisions
PARKS, CEMETERIES AND COMMUNITY FACILITIES
Purpose: To render parks, cemeteries, and recreational facilities management services.
- Manage and oversee Parks and Open Spaces.
- Manage and oversee the cutting of grown-up grass and trees
- Manage the provision of cemetery services
SPORT, ARTS AND CULTURE
Purpose: To provide sports, recreation, arts and culture facilitation and development within the municipality.
- Manage the procurement, lending, and use of library material
- Coordinate and support various sporting activities and sports federations.
- Coordinates arts and culture activities
PUBLIC SAFETY
Purpose: To coordinate traffic law enforcement and security services to the municipality.
- Render traffic law enforcement operations
- Coordinate and provide security and disaster management services.
- Provide by-law enforcement services.
- Provide road safety education to citizens within municipal area.
LICENSING AND REGISTRATION
Purpose: To provide licensing and registration services.
- Coordinate and oversee the motor vehicle registration and licensing services
- Coordinate and oversee the learner and driver testing.
- Coordinate and oversee the driver license renewal services.
CLEANSING AND WASTE MANAGEMENT
Purpose: To provide solid waste Management services to the Municipality.
- Manage and oversee the collection and transportation of solid waste.
- Manage and oversee the treatment and disposal of solid waste
- Manage and oversee the recycling of solid waste.
