Purpose: To ensure responsible policy direction and development of economical, effective, efficient, and accountable administration
- Maintain effective, efficient, and transparent systems of financial and risk management and internal control.
- Coordinate integrated development planning
- Implement municipal performance management systems
- Provide strategic management of infrastructure development, municipal public works, and basic communities.
MANAGER STRATERGIC SUPPORT SERVICES
Purpose: To lead and manage institutional strategy and performance
- Manage and coordinate the development and review of the IDP.
- Provide strategic operational risk and compliance.
- Provide strategic support to municipal departments.
Divisions
COMMUNICATIONS AND PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Purpose: To manage municipal communications and render customer services
- Manage internal and external communications
- Provide content for media liaison
- Provide events management services
- Coordinate and Facilitate Customer Care services to the Community
- Coordinate public participation and stakeholder engagement
INTERGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLANNING
Purpose: To coordinate organizational Strategy and IDP
- Develop and implement organizational strategy.
- Coordinate the development of IDP.
- Coordinate review and implementation of IDP.
PERFOMANCE MONITORING AND EVELAUTION
Purpose: To coordinate Organizational Performance services.
- Develop and monitor organizational performance KPA's.
- Align organizational KPA'sinto departmental SDBIPs.
- Coordinate and ensure implementation of organizational performance.
INTERNAL AUDITING
Purpose: To provide risk based internal audit and risk management services
- Provide internal audit services
- Manage and oversee the implementation of the internal audit plan.and provide management reviews on audit
- Develop risk management strategy and compilation of fraud prevention plan.
- Manage the identification of strategic and operational risks
